Andrew focuses his practice on complex litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. He represents companies and individuals in both criminal and civil matters, and has experience handling matters in arbitration, at trial, and on appeal. 

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a law clerk for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and a law clerk for the Honorable John R. Padova in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was also a legal intern in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York. 

Andrew earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, he was articles editor of University of Pennsylvania Law Review volume 165.
