William Lijewski

William focuses his practice on a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures. With careful consideration of the needs of clients, William works diligently to help craft tailored and practical legal solutions and strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, William served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

William earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a Dean's Fellow and as a managing editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law. During law school, William was a law clerk for the National Veterans Legal Services Program and a legal intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. William received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, where he studied political science and legal studies.
