Danielle focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has experience defending clients nationwide in commercial litigation, trucking, dram shop, product liability, contracts, and environmental issues. She has represented commercial entities, franchisees, and business operators against various personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, toxic tort, and breach of contract claims. She has obtained indemnification or dismissal of franchisors or parent entities improperly named in civil actions. Further, she advises and represents clients on issues regarding licensing, compliance with local regulations and ordinances, and preservation of evidence and investigations following incidents that could potentially result in litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle practiced at an Atlanta law firm, where she represented major restaurant brands against personal injury, wrongful death, and dram shop claims. She previously interned with both a district attorney’s office and a criminal defense firm.
Danielle earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Tulane University. She earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was the associate research editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, Georgia State University Moot Court board member, and received the Academic Excellence Award in Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Litigation.
