Lucia focuses her practice on strategic risk and complex litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Lucia represented domestic and international clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries in complex, high-stakes, and precedent-setting mass tort litigation at a New York-based law firm. Her work included drafting substantive pretrial motions, managing fact investigation and discovery, and advising clients on compliance with federal regulations governing the manufacture, processing, and disposal of chemical substances.
Lucia also gained previous legal experience as an intern for U.S. Representative Brian Higgins of New York's 26th Congressional District.
Lucia earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as junior editor and then executive articles editor of the Law & Psychology Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama.
