William is an experienced civil litigator who brings over two decades of litigation experience, representing clients in complex liability exposure cases with a focus on catastrophic injury and large exposure property damage claims. He is well-versed in handling cases from inception through trial. His experience extends to briefing and arguing appeals, with a track record of achieving successful trial and appellate results in New York.
William’s experience includes representing companies and municipalities in personal injury and commercial disputes, including class actions, products liability and mass torts, with a focus on claims involving catastrophic injuries. Exemplar matters include i) toxic exposure, ii) product contamination/labeling, iii) foodborne illness, and iv) lithium batteries, wherein he has handled all aspects of litigation. William also has experience in contract disputes and labor and employment cases, defending employers against claims based on racial discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
William earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2001 and his bachelor's degree from Queens College in 1997.
