Anne Kardas

Anne concentrates her practice on subrogation and recovery, bringing significant experience in investigating new, time-sensitive, and high-value losses.

Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Anne was a partner with a boutique law firm in Hollywood, Florida, where she negotiated more than $15 million in settlements. Before that, she served for over a decade as a special investigator, maintaining a Top-Secret clearance. Later she served as the Director of Investigations for a New York-based firm. The in-house investigative unit she built and oversaw was staffed with attorneys tasked with conducting high-profile investigations into criminal and civil matters.

Anne earned her B.A. from the State University at Albany and her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. She is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
