Ben concentrates his practice on complex life insurance disputes.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Ben was an associate with a law firm based in Philadelphia, where he provided legal representation in civil defense matters at all stages of litigation. He brings experience in drafting motions, engaging in discovery, researching legal issues, preparing and defending depositions and hearings, and facilitating settlement negotiations.

Ben earned his B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from Queens College and his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Tennessee and was a student attorney with Temple’s Community Lawyering Clinic where he assisted clients in estate planning and social security disability matters.
