Associate

Travis concentrates his practice on subrogation matters involving construction defects and products liability. Travis’s work in these matters involves thorough investigations of structural issues, material and product failures, and contractor errors. His keen eye for detail and methodical approach allow him to effectively identify responsible parties and develop robust legal strategies for recovery. Travis is a knowledgeable and tireless researcher and has experience with complex written discovery requests and responses, in addition to guiding clients through depositions, motions, mediations, and all the way through trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Travis was an associate with two Charlotte, North Carolina-based firms where he took a leading role in many matters and honed his legal writing, oral advocacy, and client support skills.

Travis earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Virginia Tech and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a senior editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy.
