Erin works with developers, owners, and investors in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, zoning, and development of properties.
Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Erin held two year-long clerkships working on civil and criminal cases with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, first to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge and then to Chief Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg.
Erin earned her J.D. magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School. While at Rutgers, she was an articles editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, and a teaching assistant in legal writing and environmental law. Erin also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino of the New Jersey Appellate Division, a summer law intern focused on environmental tort litigation with the U.S. Department of Justice, and a legal intern with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her B.S. in chemistry from the College of William and Mary.
Before attending law school, Erin worked as a consultant and program manager for two software companies. In her free time, Erin is a triathlete, marathoner, and certified fitness instructor.
