US Supreme Court Addresses the Protection of Online Minors [The Legal Intelligencer]

Stephen Miller, an attorney in Cozen O’Connor's Commercial Litigation group, and Paul Harryhill, an associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, authored an article for the Legal Intelligencer discussing the First Amendment implications of a pending Supreme Court decision in Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton.

Paul is a resourceful and proactive litigation associate. He gained experience as a summer associate in the firm's Washington, D.C., office in 2023.

Paul earned his J.D., with high honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where he was the senior online editor of The George Washington Law Review, a writing fellow, and elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was a legal intern with the Hatch Act Unit of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. For two years before law school, Paul was a paralegal in the charging unit with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Paul graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in philosophy, politics, and economics.
