Lisa Calvo Haas is the chief marketing & business development officer of the firm. She is responsible for Cozen O'Connor’s global marketing and business development strategies across the firm and leads the team responsible for client retention and development, communications, public relations, brand management, advertising, and alumni relations. Lisa works with firm leadership to develop new client relationships, manage key client relationships, and oversee the firm relationships with strategic professional and trade organizations. She is also actively involved in integration efforts across the firm.
Immediately following law school, Lisa began her career as a litigation associate at Cozen O'Connor and thereafter was asked to spearhead the firm’s business development efforts, and in 2011 became the firm’s CMBDO.
Lisa currently serves on the boards of directors of Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, the Princeton University Club of Philadelphia, and the advisory board of Our Closet. She is a graduate of Leadership Philadelphia.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in 1988 and earned her law degree from Villanova University in 1993.
