Tracy is an associate who represents clients in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. She handles a broad range of matters involving liability defense and complex disputes, with experience spanning high-exposure matters and every stage of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, Tracy represented businesses in class actions and complex litigation involving business torts, contractual disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent infringement. She also defended claims arising under federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the TCPA, UDTPA, MLA, and FCRA, as well as data privacy laws such as CIPA. Tracy was a member of a litigation team that achieved several significant outcomes, including successfully opposing class certification in a TCPA matter, reducing potential exposure from approximately $70 million to a single-plaintiff claim. In addition, she handled code enforcement proceedings and appeared before municipal code enforcement boards.

Tracy earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review and received the CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing. During law school, she earned multiple leadership honors and interned for the Honorable Mariya Weekes of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. She received her B.A. from Western University, where she studied philosophy and criminology.
