Sarah represents employers of all sizes in single-plaintiff and class/representative actions involving claims of FEHA, Labor Code, and/or PAGA violations. She also has experience appearing at hearings in Superior Court and in contractual arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was an associate at a national law firm. Before that, Sarah served as a legal secretary, paralegal, and law clerk while in law school.

Sarah earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, San Diego. She also earned her ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate with LEX honors from UCSD. Sarah earned her law degree with civil litigation concentration from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Sarah is conversant in Mandarin.
