Bailey works with clients with a broad range of real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial properties in all asset classes. Her previous experience advising public and private companies in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions provides Bailey with a broader understanding of business strategies, negotiations, and risk assessment.
Bailey earned her J.D. in 2021 from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was lead editor of the Drexel Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania as a summer law intern assisting with various matters, including the NFL Players' Concussion Injury litigation. Bailey graduated cum laude in 2018 from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she played varsity lacrosse.
