Luke concentrates his practice on complex construction and commercial disputes, representing clients in both litigation and arbitration. His clients include domestic and international companies, private owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, distributors, and suppliers, often facing high-profile, multi-million dollar claims. Luke has substantial experience handling and evaluating complicated construction claims, including mechanics liens, stop payment notices, and payment bond claims. He also provides contract drafting, contract review, contract administration, and strategic advice to help his clients navigate and prevent disputes and minimize legal risks before they reach the dispute resolution stage. 

With a background working in the construction industry in Southern California, Luke offers a unique perspective and deep understanding of his clients needs. Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, he was a partner in the construction and commercial litigation groups in the Los Angeles office of another Am Law 100 firm.

Luke is also a published author and sought-after speaker on California construction and collection remedies. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, San Francisco College of Law (formerly U.C. Hastings), where he was a member of the Hastings Business Law Journal.
