Thomas DePaola

Associate

Thomas focuses his practice on subrogation and recovery matters for insurance carriers. He handles a broad range of property damage claims, including those arising from fires, floods, and construction-related issues, managing all aspects of litigation. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Thomas served as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024.

Thomas earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. He received the Leonard Levin Memorial Award for excellence in the study of trusts and estates. While at Villanova, Thomas was a captain of the Sports Law Negotiation Team and served as a student attorney in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Thomas graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
