Erica is experienced in subrogation and recovery across all lines of insurance nationwide. She is proficient in claims and risk management and alternative dispute resolution. Before joining Cozen O'Connor, she spent two decades as an associate attorney and recovery specialist for Global Recovery Services of one of the world's largest insurers, where she identified, investigated, and pursued recovery opportunities, managed outside counsel, and negotiated settlements. Erica earned her J.D. from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law and her B.A. from Temple University.
