Alexandra B. Curtin

Associate

Alexandra assists clients with formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships, including due diligence reviews and drafting ancillary documents. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, including drafting necessary contractual agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra was a corporate associate for the Philadelphia office of a Northeastern law firm.

Alexandra earned her bachelor’s degree, with distinction and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, from The Pennsylvania State University. Alexandra earned her law degree, magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Alexandra was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, the managing editor of production of the Villanova Law Review, and a teaching assistant for property and legal research and writing. She also served as a law clerk for a capital management firm and a student attorney for the Clinic for Law & Entrepreneurship.
