Kent is an experienced civil litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury claims, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith litigation.

Kent has successfully defended numerous multimillion dollar lawsuits in both federal and state courts in Florida, including suits involving first-party property claims, bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorists, fraud, and discrimination. Kent’s experience includes trial and appellate litigation in the areas of insurance bad faith, extracontractual claims against insurance companies, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death claims.

Kent earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
