Chris is an accomplished attorney, focusing his practice on real estate and construction law. Using a results-oriented approach, he handles litigation matters in state and federal courts, including condominium and cooperative issues, commercial leasing cases, and corporate governance and securities.
Chris also serves as general counsel to boards of condominiums and cooperatives of all sizes, advising boards on issues of corporate governance, insurance, alterations, repairs and maintenance, and unit owner/shareholder disputes, among others.
Chris earned his J.D., cum laude, from American University in 2000, where he was a member of the International Law Review. He graduated with a B.A. from Roanoke College in 1996, where he was captain of the Roanoke City Rugby Team.
