Adena focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, representing employers in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour disputes, and PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) actions.
She has represented professionals in breach-of-duty actions and advised clients in business litigation and partnership disputes. Adena's experience also includes commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, business management matters, complex tort and casualty claims, real estate disputes, and product liability matters.
Adena earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal and as president of the Asian and Pacific American Law Student Association. She received her B.A. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Adena is fluent in Chinese Cantonese.
