Maria Vicky Ceballos

Associate

Vicky focuses her practice on construction law. She brings experience handling commercial litigation cases from inception through post-trial proceedings. Her work includes preparing substantive filings, ensuring compliance with local rules and filing requirements in state and federal courts, and navigating post-trial deadlines. She also has experience advising clients through the identification, investigation, and litigation of sophisticated fraud schemes targeting property and casualty insurers.

Additionally, Vicky represented individuals and institutional investors in matters involving stockbroker misconduct, securities fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, and other unfair and deceptive trade practices. She has experience litigating these matters before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Vicky earned her J.D., cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. She received her B.A. from the University of Miami. Vicky is a native Spanish speaker and is a real estate sales associate in Florida.
