Elizabeth Carpenter

Counsel

Elizabeth represents clients in product liability and complex tort cases in state and federal courts, concentrating her practice on premises liability claims and general business disputes, including breach of contract, landlord/tenant, and labor and employment-related litigation. She is passionate about representing her client's interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and propel favorable resolutions to complex legal matters. She has a proven record of success in achieving case dismissals, advantageous settlements, and favorable verdicts.

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a partner at a national firm, where she managed a caseload of complex tort litigation and employment law matters, served as second-chair on numerous jury trials, and supervised several associate-level attorneys. Before that, she litigated child abuse and neglect cases as a first-chair in the Kings County Family Court on behalf of the City of New York. She also interned in the general counsel offices of various federal agencies, including the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor's degree from Washington College and her law degree from Hofstra University.
