Alban focuses his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters.
Before joining the firm, Alban served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Eduardo V. Rodriguez of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Alban earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was an associate editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. During law school, he gained experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Charles Walker of the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and for the Honorable Judge John Mastando of the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Alban received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Wayne State University.
