Heather concentrates her practice in areas of elder law and litigation, including fiduciary litigation and will contests. Her focus includes estate and trust administration, as well as on the preparation of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, advance directives, and disability planning, including the applicable trusts and asset preservation planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Heather practiced in areas of commercial, real estate and fiduciary litigation, as well as estate administration. Heather earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Heather earned the top award for Property and served on the board and competed for the Nova Trial Association. Heather earned her bachelor's degree as a dual major from Florida Atlantic University.
