Elena Baylarian

Counsel

As a member of the Private Client Trust and Estates group, Elena brings over a decade of trial experience to individuals and fiduciaries facing disputes involving the validity and interpretation of wills, trusts, and other fiduciary matters. She has represented clients in various Appellate Courts, Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts, and Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Most recently, Elena was an associate with a suburban Philadelphia-based law firm, where her practice included corporate, contract and real estate matters, along with civil and estate litigation. Before that, Elena spent a decade with a small, high-volume firm, gaining experience with landlord-tenant, condominium, real estate, and contract law.

Elena earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was an editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was the principal violist and student conductor of the Franklin and Marshall orchestra.
