Brett Jordan Banker

Health Policy Adviser, Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies

Brett works as a health policy analyst in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He focuses on monitoring and providing in-depth analyses of legislative and regulatory developments in the health policy space.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies in 2019, Brett worked and interned for several organizations in the health care and public policy space. Before entering graduate school in 2017, Brett worked as a policy analyst for a research and consulting firm in Washington, D.C., that worked with companies, trade associations, and investors to assess public policy issues impacting them. Brett has also worked and interned for a national health care trade association, a health care lobbying firm, a key health care congressional committee, and a Washington, D.C., think tank.

Brett graduated magna cum laude from Emory University with a bachelor of arts in history and political science in 2012. He obtained his Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2019.
