Maryam focuses her practice on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing clients in contract disputes, securities litigation, product liability, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty allegations, construction litigation, and insurance coverage matters. Maryam serves a wide range of clients, including government entities, private businesses, joint ventures, and investment managers.

Maryam earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2019, where she served as lead article editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and as a staff editor for the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law. She received her B.A., cum laude, in political science and sociology from the University of California, Irvine in 2015.
