Mary Arnold

Counsel

Mary concentrates her practice on complex litigation involving professional liability. She assists her clients by developing legal strategies, conducting discovery, interviewing witnesses, consulting with experts, conducting plaintiff’s depositions, as well as drafting and arguing discovery motions and motions for summary judgement.

Before joining the firm, Mary gained experience as a senior associate representing major New York City area hospitals in all stages of litigation in medical malpractice actions. Mary also previously represented a major telecommunications company in their general liability litigation in New York.

Mary began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Bronx County District Attorney’s office, where she conducted trials, presented grand jury cases for indictment, negotiated plea deals, and investigated alleged criminal acts. While there, Mary served as a felony assistant in the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Bureau.

Mary earned her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and her B.S., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University.
