Preview of the US Supreme Court’s 2026 October Term

The Supreme Court convened on Monday the 5th to begin its 2026 October term. In this Legal Intelligencer article, Stephen Miller, co-chair of the White Collar Defense & Investigations group who clerked for Justice Scalia, previews critical constitutional and statutory questions the Court will address in the new term across criminal law, First Amendment rights, gun ownership, civil procedure, intellectual property, labor law, and immigration, with additional significant cases expected to be announced in early 2027.
