Jeffrey Greenspan, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, published, "Seventh Circuit Reminds Litigants that Doctrine of Forum Non Conveniens Still 'Has Continuing Application in Federal Courts'” for the Trial Practice Committee for the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association, where he is subcommittee chair of News and Development. In his new role, Jeff is authoring articles on current litigation topics for the Trial Practice Committee’s website and its various publications.
