Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies’ New York Practice, co-chaired by Rose Christ and Katie Schwab, has been named a 2026 Top 50 State Lobbying Firm by City & State New York, ranking seventh on this year's list. In 2026, the New York team secured more than $48 million in New York City budget funding, achieving its highest funding success rate on record by securing funding for virtually every client request. At the state level, the practice secured more than $1.3 million in discretionary funding, helped clients obtain $93 million through state programs, advanced seven priority bills through introduction or passage, and coordinated more than 15 client advocacy days at the state Capitol.
