PHILADELPHIA, March 25, 2025 — Stephanie Kennedy, an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, has been appointed to the inaugural Dean’s Advisory Council at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. The Council comprises Widener University Commonwealth Law School alumni who provide advice and feedback on the dean’s vision and his progress toward implementing it, as well as collaborate on initiatives to advance the law school.
Stephanie's practice encompasses diverse legal matters, including breach of contract, insurance coverage determinations and defense, eminent domain, shareholder derivative and other business disputes, trade secret protection, administrative disputes and regulatory proceedings, negligence and products liability, and antitrust. She has experience developing litigation strategies, analyzing complex procedural issues, arguing preliminary objection hearings, supervising e-discovery projects, conducting complex legal research, and drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
