The article about the firm’s upcoming Washington, D.C., move discusses how law firms are helping the commercial real estate market in major U.S. cities. Heller said, “We have focused on growing our presence in our nation’s capital, and this new space, with its increased number of offices, allows us to continue growing in this market.” The article also notes recent moves made by Williams & Connolly and Sullivan & Cromwell.
The firm is moving from its current space on 19 Street NW to 2001 M Street NW. Orrick previously occupied the space.
