WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, October 4, 2024 — Hugh Algeo, counsel in the firm’s Family Law Group, has been elected to the YMCA of the USA (YUSA) National Association Assembly Steering Committee. He will serve a two-year term from 2025-2027. The National Association Assembly Steering Committee comprises two YMCA representatives from each region. As a member of the committee, Hugh will be responsible for determining the agenda for all association assemblies, managing the governance business of the organization, and overseeing the nomination and election processes.
Hugh is an accomplished family law lawyer with over a decade of experience serving clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, the Main Line, as well as Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. He has earned a reputation as a skilled advocate, dedicated to assisting individuals through various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, and property division. He is chair of the Board of Advisors for the Upper Mainline YMCA, chairs the Upper Mainline YMCA membership committee, and serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine.
