Michael Heller was interviewed by the Philadelphia Business Journal to discuss the increase in associate salaries this year and the plan for salary modifications for associates in their second year and above. “We’re in the process of setting those salaries in the next 30 days,”  said Michael. “It’s hard for me to tell you what’s exactly going to happen, but I would say that we expect our associates to receive a significant benefit from the increase in starting salaries.”
