Alycen Moss Reappointed to Law360’s Insurance Authority Property Editorial Advisory Board

ATLANTA – Wednesday, March 20, 2024  Alycen Moss, co-vice chair of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance Department, has been named one of Law 360's 2024 Insurance Authority Property Editorial Advisory Board members for the third year. The editorial advisory board provides feedback on Law360's coverage, and insight on how best to shape future coverage. Alycen was previously selected as a member of the board in 2022 and 2023.

Alycen is co-vice chair and eastern regional manager of Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department and office managing partner of the Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice in civil litigation and has extensive experience with matters pertaining to property, casualty, commercial general liability, and trucking issues. She also regularly litigates civil and commercial matters pertaining to transportation and logistics, as well as mass and complex torts and class actions. Alycen regularly advises property and casualty carriers on various coverage issues and defends carriers in lawsuits brought by insureds. She has litigated numerous coverage issues, including bad faith, punitive damages, and deceptive trade practices claims.

Alycen regularly speaks throughout the country and also provides training on claims handling, risk management issues, and updates regarding case law. Additionally, Alycen frequently writes articles on hot topics and emerging issues.

Alycen is an active member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The FDCC comprises U.S. and international peer-reviewed leaders of the civil defense, corporate legal, and insurance industries. Membership in the FDCC is limited, selective, and by nomination only, and admission requires a rigorous peer review. Alycen is a member of FDCC’s board of directors, and she is chair of the Professional Women’s Forum, ex-officio chair of the FDCC Property Insurance section, and vice-chair of the Projects and Objectives Committee, the Bylaws & Resolutions Committee, the FedLife Committee, and the Membership Development and Retention Committee. She is also co-chair for the Insurance Industry Institute Conference, a member of the Admissions Committee, and a member of the board of the FDCC Foundation.
