Cozen O’Connor Launches Global M&A Practice; Appoints Christian Moretti as Chair

PHILADELPHIA, November 29, 2023 – Cozen O'Connor announced today the launch of its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, as a testament to the firm’s growth and success in advising multinational companies and private equity firms in complex cross-border transactions. The practice is chaired by Christian Moretti, a member in the firm’s New York office. In this role, Moretti will lead the strategic direction of the practice, leveraging his deep understanding of the global M&A landscape and his large international network and client base.
