Sarah Krissoff, a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations group, spoke with Bloomberg Law about Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), the fallen cryptocurrency exchange FTX leader whom a federal jury in the U.S. District for the Southern District of New York found guilty of seven counts of fraud and conspiracy, following a month-long trial. “The central question given the scope of this fraud: whether it is for the rest of his life, or only a period of the rest of his life,” said Sarah in a discussion about SBF’s likely prison sentence.
