PHILADELPHIA, October 12, 2022 —  Cozen O'Connor has been named a Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The Compass Award recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

LCLD consists of more than 430 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners. Compass Award winners have demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion by participating in a number of LCLD's programs, which are targeted to law students, early-career attorneys, and mid-career attorneys. These programs aim to attract, inspire, and nurture a more diverse generation of attorneys to ascend to positions of leadership by offering professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, mentorship, and networking.
