According to Law360, law firms benefited from the reduced expenses and a lack in any slowdown in litigation or business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. “There has been and still is a tremendous amount of capital in the legal market — it's been extremely strong across the board,” said Cozen O’Connor Executive Chairman and CEO Michael J.
