ATLANTA, March 29, 2022 — Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Alycen Moss, co-chair of the firm’s Property Insurance Group and co-vice chair of the firm’s Global Insurance Department, has been named the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s Litigation Management Professional of the Year. Individuals are selected for their:

contribution to organizational success through strong practices or development of a transformative process; and

active involvement with claims or litigation management organizations outside one’s own firm.
Nominations are blindly reviewed and ranked against these four criteria by the CLM Advisory Board.
Moss was recognized for being a leader in her field. Dedicating hours each week to a variety of industry organizations, she leads seminars, provides trainings, writes articles, and devotes her time to educating young professionals who have an interest in the industry. Moss assists early-career attorneys in their networking and professional growth and is considered a trusted expert and mentor. Her style of litigation management has been adopted by other attorneys and practice groups to address, track, and monitor other legal matters.
Moss is chair of the Property Insurance section of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and vice chair of the Insurance Industry Institute Committee, the Professional Women’s Forum, the Bylaws & Resolutions Committee, the FedLife Committee, and the Membership Development and Retention Committee. She also sits on the Admissions Committee. She is an elected fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel, an organization committed to the creative, ethical, and efficient adjudication of coverage and extracontractual disputes. Moss is also the co-chair of the Insurance Coverage section and creator/chair of the Women Litigators section of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
