ULI New York’s Technical Assistance Panels comprise volunteer career professionals from the real estate and finance sectors who provide unbiased, strategic advice to local governments, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations in New York. The goal of these panels is to improve the development and design processes used by communities in their land planning efforts.

Vivien concentrates her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters. She regularly presents projects to community boards and elected officials, and regularly prepares applications and appears before the Board of Standards & Appeals, the Department of City Planning, the Department of Buildings, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the MTA.

ULI is a global nonprofit focused on providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in the creation of sustainable, thriving communities. ULI New York carries out the mission of ULI at the local level by encouraging an exchange of ideas, information, and experience between industry leaders and policymakers dedicated to creating better neighborhoods.
