NEW YORK, July 23, 2021 — Vivien Krieger, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, has been appointed chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York’s Technical Assistance Panels Steering Committee for a one-year term, effective July 1, 2021. She previously served as vice chair. Vivien has also been re-appointed to a one-year term on ULI New York’s Management Committee, effective July 1, 2021.
ULI New York’s Technical Assistance Panels comprise volunteer career professionals from the real estate and finance sectors who provide unbiased, strategic advice to local governments, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations in New York. The goal of these panels is to improve the development and design processes used by communities in their land planning efforts.
Vivien concentrates her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters. She regularly presents projects to community boards and elected officials, and regularly prepares applications and appears before the Board of Standards & Appeals, the Department of City Planning, the Department of Buildings, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the MTA.
