New York, August 8, 2021 — Kenneth K. Fisher, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Business Law Department, was named to City & State New York’s 2021 Brooklyn Power 100. The list recognizes the biggest political players and includes leading politicians, business and nonprofit executives, real estate developers, labor leaders, advocates, activists, academics, and others who live and work in Brooklyn. Fisher, recognized as someone who diligently tracks the New York City mayoral primary like an apex predator, remains concerned about the future of commercial real estate values.
Fisher’s practice concentrates on the public realm of the metropolitan area. His experience includes real estate development, regulatory law, litigation, and investigations. He is a former New York City councilman and served as founding chair of the New York City Chapter of the New York League of Conservation Voters and was founding chair of the Governors Island Alliance. In 2018, he was elected to a two-year term on board of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Fisher is chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association Committee on Government & the Public Sector. He previously served as chair of the New York City Bar Association Land Use Planning & Zoning Committee and Insurance Law Committee and was a member of the Judiciary Committee.
