What’s keeping you up at night?

Some of the things we are starting to look at are things like, what is the workspace going to look like? What are we going to do in terms of flexible work arrangements? Everybody seems to think that that’s going to be the way, but how you’re going to implement it is something everybody is struggling with, balancing the needs of clients, staff, and attorneys. How do you do it and do it well and keep everybody happy?
