Martin Bloor and Matthew Elkin were quoted in an article published by the Delaware Court Insider, which discusses a securities fraud case victory. This was the first case to go before a Delaware federal court in person since the pandemic began. “The opportunity to actually try the case essentially came out of nowhere. We were not convinced it was going to happen any time soon,” said Matthew. “It was a little awkward, I’d say, sitting at counsel’s table giving opening statements with a mask on and doing all questioning from the counsel table,” Martin said. “At the end of the day, it went as smoothly as could be expected given all the circumstances.”
