He is described in the global rankings as “highly recommended for his expertise in traditional labor issues” and his ability to “advise on a full range of employment litigation.” He concentrates his practice on representing management in many aspects of labor, employment, and employment-related litigation including representing employers during union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitrations.
