Giotto, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, has been ranked in the Chambers USA Guide since 2006. He is described in the global rankings as “highly recommended for his expertise in traditional labor issues” and his ability to “advise on a full range of employment litigation.” He concentrates his practice on representing management in many aspects of labor, employment, and employment-related litigation including representing employers during union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitrations. Tilson, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, has been ranked in the Chambers USA Guide since 2004.
