David Barron spoke with CNN about the possibility of employers requiring employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine. "I fully expect there will be employers that choose to make it mandatory," said David. But federal protections could allow for some exceptions. Workers with underlying medical conditions might be exempt under the Americans with Disabilities Act. And Title VII of the Civil Rights Act could allow employees with "sincerely held" religious beliefs against a vaccine to seek accommodations.
