Vivien Krieger Named a 2019 Urban Design Forum Fellow

New York, February 27, 2020Vivien Krieger, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, has been named to the 2019 Class of Forum Fellows by the Urban Design Forum. Vivien is one of 130 new fellows who continue to help overcome challenges and promote opportunities for development in New York City. 

Vivien concentrates her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters. She regularly presents projects to community boards and elected officials, and regularly prepares applications and appears before the Board of Standards & Appeals, the Department of City Planning, the Department of Buildings, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the MTA.

Each year the organization selects a group of emerging and distinguished leaders to participate as fellows. Fellows are developers, architects, planners, builders, public officials, scholars, lawyers, and journalists who are building dynamic, equitable, and resilient cities. The forum is made up of 400 fellows hailing from over 50 cities across the United States and around the world.
