New York, July 8, 2020 – Vivien Krieger, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, has been appointed vice chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) New York’s Technical Assistance Panels Steering Committee for a one-year term, effective July 1, 2020. She will assume the role of committee chair on July 1, 2021. Vivien has also been appointed to a one-year term as co-chair of ULI New York’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Communications Committee, effective July 1, 2020.
Vivien concentrates her practice on real estate law, representing developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofits in New York City land use and zoning matters. She regularly presents projects to community boards and elected officials, and regularly prepares applications and appears before the Board of Standards & Appeals, the Department of City Planning, the Department of Buildings, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the MTA.
